The Heat Pack (9 x 20cm)
Perfectly sized to soothe localized tension, ease cramps, eye pillow, or bring grounding warmth and comfort to the body.

Warm Comfort (Hot Therapy)
Gently warm the inner refill in the microwave to release the calming aroma of lavender and comforting heat — ideal for stress relief, relaxation, and cozy moments of rest.

Refreshing Relief (Cold Therapy)
Chill the insert in the fridge or freezer to refresh tired eyes, reduce puffiness, or soothe headaches and tension.

Both pieces feature removable and washable outer covers, helping your self-care rituals stay fresh, clean, and beautiful over time.

Replacement inner refills are also available separately to refresh your aromatherapy experience whenever needed.

Care Instructions

⚠️ Important: Always remove the outer fabric cover before heating or cooling.
Only the white inner refill pouch should be placed in the microwave, fridge, or freezer.

Warm Therapy
Microwave inner pouch only:

• Eye Mask: 20–30 seconds
• Heat Pack: 30–45 seconds

Always test temperature before use. Do not overheat.

Cold Therapy

Place the inner pouch inside a sealed ziplock bag before placing it in the fridge or freezer for 1–2 hours.
