Our Guarantee
Every piece goes through a quality check before leaving our studio. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it.
Faulty Items
In the rare case that you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at bambu.au@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the fault. If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Shipping fees for confirmed faulty items will be covered by us.
Change of Mind & Cancellations
As a small-batch, handmade business, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, wrong size, or style/colour choiceonce an order has been placed or shipped. Please use our product descriptions and photos carefully when choosing your items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on full-priced items (excluding scrunchies) within 14 days of purchase, pending stock availability.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are issued as store credit.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the return and the new item.
- Hygiene Note: For health reasons, hair accessories (Scrunchies) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sales Items
All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
