Processing Times

All our pieces are handcrafted with heart in our Western Australia studio.

Standard Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and packed.
Peak/High Season: During busy periods or new collection launches, processing times may extend up to 10 days. We appreciate your patience as we hand-finish every detail.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note: As we are located in Western Australia, shipping to eastern states and New Zealand may take slightly longer than local deliveries.

International Tracked Shipping 

We are thrilled to share Bambü Studio with our global community! We offer reliable, standard tracked shipping from Western Australia via Australia Post based on the total weight of your package. 

Our Global Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times:
- New Zealand: 5–8 business days.
- Asia (Japan, Singapore, South Korea): 6–12 business days.
- North America (USA & Canada): 6–12 business days.
- Major Europe (United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Belgium): 6–12 business days.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (DDU & DDP Rules):

- For the United States (USA): Due to strict local customs regulations, shipments to the USA are processed on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Any required import tariffs, processing fees, and customs duties are calculated and fully covered within the shipping rate applied at checkout. Your parcel will clear customs automatically, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

- For All Other Global Destinations (including Canada, Europe, Asia, and New Zealand): Shipments are processed strictly on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. As the recipient, you are entirely responsible for all import duties, customs tariffs, VAT, and local postal handling fees levied by your destination country. These charges are determined directly by your local government authorities and must be paid to your local customs office or postal carrier before your package can be released for delivery.

Customs Declarations:
Due to strict international trade laws, Bambü Studio legally cannot mark commercial orders as "Gifts" or alter the true invoice value. All shipments will be declared strictly as a "Sale of Goods" with the accurate commercial transaction value.

Important Biosecurity Restrictions:
Due to strict agricultural and botanical biosecurity regulations, our Mini Spa Therapy Sets (Linseed & Lavender packs) are strictly available for domestic shipping within Australia only. If you are an international customer, these items will automatically be blocked at checkout. All beauty bags, pouches, and scrunchies are fully available for global shipping.

Bambü Studio is not responsible for any parcels delayed, returned, or destroyed by local customs authorities due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to clear the item.
